By booking a driver through Driver Karo, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

Driver Karo provides trained, verified drivers for hire. The customer is responsible for providing a roadworthy, insured vehicle. We do not provide the vehicle itself.

Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed once our team contacts you to verify trip details. Cancellations made with reasonable notice will not be charged; late cancellations may incur a nominal fee to cover driver allocation.

Driver Conduct

All drivers are expected to follow traffic laws and company conduct guidelines. Any concerns about driver behaviour should be reported to our support line immediately.

Liability

Driver Karo is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions or damages unrelated to driver conduct. Any driver-caused damage will be assessed and handled per our internal policy.
